Sun Salutation for LBP

 

 

A simple Sun Salutation sequence for Lower Back Pain.

Repeat 3 times.

Contraindications: herniated disc.

Breathing: inhale and exhale with each movement. Practice as slow as you like.

*Tip: remember to keep your hands close to your chest as you do the forward bends, to avoid straining your lower back.
