YT Lower Back 1
YT Lower Back 1 is our first Yoga Therapy video in the lower back pain series. This month we are focusing on weak, tight and tired lower back muscles due to bad posture during long periods of sitting or standing. Suitable for that feeling of stiffness first thing in the morning and/or a tired back at the end of the day.
We recommend you to practice twice a day in the morning and evening, 5 days a week, for one month.
If you can’t do this twice a day, aim for once a day.
Benefits: pain relief and freedom of movement, your back will feel more loose but also stronger.
Contraindications: herniated disc or any serious back problems. First term of pregnancy.
