Breathing Exercises 1
Before you start:
Choose a warm, quiet place to lie down. Throughout this sequence, please be sure your lower back is on the floor, your legs bent and feet on the ground. This breathing technique is based on the principle of smooth body movements coordinated with slow inhalations and exhalations. With every movement, there is one breath.
Take care not to force or hold the breath, especially if you suffer from high blood pressure.
Try to practice at least ten minutes every day.
